Northern Norway 2023

“During the winter months here in the Nordic countries, sunlight is a rare sight. Up north, we endure 52 days without its warmth. Yet, in this season, you can witness some of the most breathtaking sunrise and sunset colors, as the sun never truly peeks through the mountains.

In the winter of 2022, I spent a captivating week observing orcas in the northernmost part of Norway. Days were filled with the mesmerizing sights of them leaping, fishing, and playing around the fjords. On the final evening, just before bidding farewell and heading home, a singular orca gracefully floated on its tail in the air, as if bidding me goodbye. It was truly one of the most astonishing experiences I've ever had the privilege to witness. “

Each photography print has an additional white border 3–10 cm for matting and framing purposes. The borders of the prints may be trimmed a little bit in order to fit the size of the order.

Frame options:

The aluminium body makes these framed prints lightweight and more durable than traditional wooden frames.The genuine wood veneer on the surface of the frame makes the frame look and feel like a traditional wood frame. There will be an additional white border around the image, actual frame sizes are:
